Who will accompany you on the 7 Senses Retreat?
Dr. Andrea and Dr. Diana will be by your side every step of the way during the retreat. They are healthcare professionals with clinical experience in trauma and nervous system regulation, and they will guide you through therapeutic yoga practices, somatic therapy, and body regulation based on scientific principles.
More than just techniques, they bring presence, care, and knowledge so that you feel safe, reduce anxiety, and rediscover balance in your body and your life.
